Follow the Norman Manley Highway to the round-a-bout (Harbour View Circle). Turn LEFT and follow the A4 (keep LEFT), merge unto Port Royal Street to the second set of traffic lights. Turn RIGHT into Duke Street. Follow Duke Street to the second set of traffic lights. Turn RIGHT into Tower Street. Follow Tower Street to the junction with East Street. The Institute of Jamaica is situated at 10 -16 East Street. The museum entrance is located on Tower Street.
From Three Miles (Portia Simpson-Miller Square)
Follow the Marcus Garvey Drive in a southerly direction (Keep LEFT), continue into Water lane and into Harbour Street. Follow Harbour Street to the fourth set of Traffic Light. Turn LEFT into Duke Street. Follow Duke Street to the first set of traffic lights. Turn RIGHT into Tower Street. Follow Tower Street to the junction with East Street. The Institute of Jamaica is situated at 10 -16 East Street. The museum entrance is located on Tower Street.
